Located between Amalfi town and Positano itself, Praiano is the smaller, quaint and quieter place to stay on the Amalfi Coast, away from the hustle and bustle of its’ neighbours.  Calante Luna offered the beautiful setting the Amalfi Coast is known for with private terraces, clean and well laid out rooms – perfect for a true getaway.  There is also a lovely garden, with sun loungers, and vegetable patch, looked after by a little elderly Italian lady, with picture perfect views of the blue sea.

Il Sentiero degli Dei – The Path of the Gods – is a spectacular trail and a must do!

Heading off the Il Sentiero degli Dei, towards Montepertuso, Il Ritrovo provides a much needed super tasty fuel stop, again, with views in the right direction towards the sea.

Away from the tourist shops, much of the magic that lies in the Amalfi Coast is the abundance of coves to explore, as well as a boat trip to Capri island via King Kong rock.
